Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

POLICIES, NO SHOW, TRANSFERS, REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS 3% cc fee If you fail to show, you authorize us to charge your credit card a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled value. Late clients will not receive any discounts or additional time. Our packages, deposits, and gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounted offers BUT ARE transferable.

We do not offer cash refunds for our Services, Classes, Packages, Gift Certificates, or online deals. Credits and packages must be utilized within one year of purchase.

  • SERVICES - 24-hour notice for MOST services. Deposits, less 25%, may be refunded back to card OR can be moved to a different day/time within a year of othe riginal booking.

  • TRAIL RIDE, FAMILY VACA, TRAIL RIDE WITH HORSEMANSHIP- 2-week notice; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits, less 25%, may be refunded back to card OR can be moved to a different day/time within a year of othe riginal booking. 5+ riders are subject to 15% service fee.
